Delivery and Shipping
Delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland is FREE For UK Highlands and Islands and overseas please contact prior to purchase for shipping cost.
We use Uk Mail next working day delivery to dispatch our products.They are very reliable, however it is not a guaranteed service so should not be relied upon when booking tradesmen. In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or damaged, all of our delivery services are fully insured.During busy periods ie November December please allow extra time for deliveries.
We endeavour to deliver stock items within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays, providing payment is received before 12pm Monday-Thursday. Out of stock items normally take 4-7 working days for delivery. We will email you on the day of dispatch your goods should be with you the following working day.
These delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. In the unlikely event of any delivery problems, please contact us straight away and we will do all we can to resolve any problems.

If you find a carpet, laminate, vinyl or wood floor at any other retailer, we will probably be able to source that product for you. Just email your quote and we will do our upmost to beat the price.We also offer a 5% discount on carpets, rugs, vinyls and remnants collected from our store just quote "web offer 7" on collection.

All of our Products carry a full manufacturers guarantee against defects and we back this guarantee so in the unlikely event you carpets, rugs or flooring goods have a fault we will replace or refund which ever you prefer faulty goods will need to be returned and fitted complaint may need to be inspected on site. Please see returns section if you do need to return goods.
90 DAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Returns Policy Yes 90 DAYS !!!
We accept returns on all stocked products which are returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, we do not however pay return postage for any returns, unwanted or over ordered goods can be returned if they are a stock item, we can at your request arrange a return postage service which will be charged at normal Parcel force rate (advisable as our returns are insured). We can not accept returns on Karndean Flooring Borders and Corners that have been made to your specification as this is a bespoke order we are unable to return it, Laminate Flooring Vinyl flooring Carpet unless the goods are damaged or faulty, if this is the case please contact us immediately. If you are not sure about colours please use our Free sample service as once we have cut your flooring/carpet it can not be returned. All returns must be packed in original packaging and be in an unused state which are fully resaleable. Credit will only be issued once returns have been inspected and deemed resalable minus any return postage payable.

We use Barclaycard for taking online credit/debit card payments, which is one of the most secure and quick ways of paying online today. We can if preferred also take credit/debit card payments over the telephone, the goods must be deliverd to the credit card holders address if paying over the phone, this ensures security and fraud prevention.
