Duralay Timbermate Excel Laminated Flooring and wooden flooring Underlay also suitable for engineered wood floors.

A quality, independently tested rubber based laminate underlay made in the UK by Duralay. With built in 'vapour stop' a moisture barrier protection which is almost ten times more moisture resistant than polythene on one side and a heavy guage foil for heat retention on the other side. Only £3.29m². Available in 10m² rolls.

To ensure effectiveness of the vapour stop barrier Duralay Timbermate Excel foil based jointing tape must be used to join runs of underlay together, thus creating an impervious sheet.
