Carpet Underlay
Abbey Carpets hold large stocks of carpet underlay, which means we have great buying power, allowing us to pass on discounted prices to our customers. In our carpet underlay section you will find all major brands of carpet underlay to suit all budgets including Duralay, Tredaire, Ball and Young, Cloud 9 to name a few. We understand that many of our customers have large areas to cover with carpet and underlay that is why we offer further bulk buying discounts on most of our carpet underlay. We have no minimum order and all of our carpet underlays are delivered free.
Laminate Flooring
We stock a wide range of laminated wood floors including Balterio, and Quick-Step. The laminate flooring underlay we stock, ranges from budget foam laminate underlay through to Duralay Timbermate Excel. This is a rubber based underlay incorporating a vapour barrier to stop moisture from any subfloor warping the laminate or wood flooring when combined with Duralay Timbermate Excel Joining Tape to seal the joins. We stock all you need to add the finishing touches to the laminate flooring, scotia, beading, door bars, thresholds, pipe covers all these and more can be found in the flooring accessories section.
Vinyl Flooring
Vinyl floors are a practical floor solution for todays busy kitchen and bathroom floors,In our vinyl flooring (sometimes mistakenly called lino) section we have 2 meter, 3 meter and 4 metre wide rolls of vinyl to choose from in stone, tile, wood plank and some more unusual effects. Simply choose a vinyl you like, order the length off of the required width roll and we will deliver you new vinyl right to your front door, normally within 48 hours of purchase. We stock many makes of vinyl flooring including Forbo Nairn Cushionflor vinyl, Novilon vinyl, IVC Leolan vinyl, Tarkett vinyl, Polystyl and Armstrong. You will also find preshrunk flooring Hardboard for preparing uneven floorboards before vinyl flooring is laid. Double sided tape and spray glue can also be found in our flooring accessories section, ideal for securing vinyl flooring to the subfloor.
